RINGING THE BELL — Vickie Hendricks (on left) and Pam Arntson rang the Norton school bell at the dedication for the Dee Clark Pavilion and Outdoor Classroom at Colfax Elementary May 22. Hendricks, who taught at the one-room Norton school in 1943, donated the Norton school bell to the school district.
